Friday 31st July, Northern Soul Band, & more prizes to win in an auction & raffle at the Queens Arms, including a car!!
- Wednesday 5th August – SILK FM “Bring a Pound to Work Day” – please register your business with Silk FM, or tell your boss to do it!
- Saturday 8th August 1pm (to be confirmed); Fun day at Queens Arms; including a Tug of War Challenge organised by Wood Treatment Tug of War Club.
- Sunday 30th August; 9am, Fallibroome Academy – netball tournament – still space for more teams.
- Sunday 6th September; Celebrity Charity Football Match at the Moss Rose, Macclesfield. A celebrity team including people from Coronation Street, Emmerdale, famous bands and the football world, will be competing against a highly toned and thoroughly trained up team of local lads!!
On top of all those major fund raisers, we have dozens of local pubs & businesses doing their own thing and donating to the relief fund, it is quite amazing what response we’ve had. A food & general supplies “bank” is being co-ordinated at Bosley School, or please leave donations at the church or pubs if the school is closed.
