Questionnaires have been dropped through all residents’ doors and need to be returned by 31st March with any comments that you wish to make.
At a Cabinet meeting on 6th January amendments to the proposed Congleton Link Road route were discussed.

The map below shows the previous route and the amended route. The new preferred route – OPTION 2 shown in black – will see the road running across the fields from Manchester Road to Macclesfield Road slightly more closely to the village. The actual roundabout will slightly closer to Congleton than the in the previous version. This new version will be consulted upon from 4-7th March and details on how to comment will be made available on the website and village notice board.
